Lower Body

LEG CURL

Target the back of the upper legs hamstrings and glutes.


LEG EXTENSION

Target the upper thigh quadriceps.


SEATED LEG PRESS

A full-leg exercise that targets the quadriceps, glutes, hamstrings, and calves.


HIP ADDUCTION

Target the inside hip flexors. Pairs with the Abduction machine.


HIP ABDUCTION

Target the outside hip flexors. Pairs with the Adduction machine.


ABDOMINAL CRUNCH

Target the front abdominal muscles to strengthen your core.


Upper Body

TORSO ROTATION

Target abdominal muscles including the obliques.


ASSISTED CHIN-UP

Target upper back muscles including the latissimus dorsi, teres minor and major, rear deltoids, biceps, and triceps.


ASSISTED DIP

A complete upper body exercise targeting the chest pectoralis major and minor, deltoids, tricep, and bicep muscles.


REAR DELTOID

Targets upper back muscles including the teres major and minor, and rear deltoids.


PECTORAL FLY

Targets upper chest muscles including the pectoralis and front delts.


LAT PULLDOWN

Targets the upper back and shoulder muscles including the latissimus dorsi, and the rear teres major and minor.


CHEST PRESS

Target upper chest and shoulder muscles as part of your upper-body routine.


PULLEY MACHINE

This multi-function machine provides an alternate workout for most of the resistance equipment.


Cardio

ROWER

A whole-body cardio workout that simulates rowing a boat. A display monitors performance and progress.


STATIONARY BIKE

Two designs, traditional and recumbent, provide slightly different comfort but same great cardio workout.


ELLIPTICAL

Low-impact cardio workouts with numerous pre-programmed functions.


TREADMILL

Variable speeds, inclines, and built-in programs enhance any walking or running workout.

Cardio equipment with televisions operates the same. Bring your own wired earbuds to access the audio and select from major networks and sports channels.
