When Beachy Lumber closed its doors for the last time, an opportunity to create a state-of-the-art training facility emerged. After extensive research and remodeling, Wildwood Athletic Club opened its doors for business on May 1, 2007.

This spacious, two story building covers 15,000 square feet. Natural pine wainscoting, floors, and beams greet guests and members as they enter the lobby area. To the immediate left is an enclosed group exercise area which features a stage, mirrors, and a sound system. Adjacent to the main desk, two separate doors provide access to each of the locker rooms which feature, sanitary showers. Large beams provide the grand entry for the Life Fitness cardio machines (Each unit features its own TV entertainment system.)

All of the weight machines are biomechanically correct machines. The upstairs also boasts a private duel purpose room that functions as a massage room and a consultation room. Stairs allow easy access for both sides of the building. Rubberized flooring divides the entire 7,000 square foot space into two separate areas. Over 5,000 pounds of weights invite visitors to workout in these areas as they can utilize the mirrors to check on their form and/or to watch the flat screen televisions. In addition to the restroom, adequate space still remains for group and/or individual weight and fitness training. Wildwood Athletic Club offers something for everyone regardless of age or fitness level.
